WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY? (UK)
If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days from the date of delivery by returning your item by carrier to the address on the return shipping label for a full refund or exchange. We ask that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. When returning items you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we are unable to accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7-10 working days of it reaching our warehouse, It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate this for you.
Please allow up to 21 days for your package to reach us, then a further 7-10 working days for refunds or exchanges to be processed.
We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to us. We advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.
Please note, if our client advisors state “Delivered to HUB”, this means your return is still at the Rebound international HUB and NOT our warehouse facility.

MULTIPLE RETURNED ORDERS
If you want to return multiple orders, please log each order as a separate return via email. Multiple returns from multiple orders cannot be accepted or processed into our return’s facility.
